Our return policy lasts for 3 calendar days from the date you provide the tracking number of the shipment by mail. After 3 days of receiving your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return: The product/item must be in the same condition in which it was sent, unused, and with the same original packaging and label in good condition. You will be given a credit to be used at Baloa Boutique.

It is essential that the customer notify our Customer Service Center within 48 hours of receiving the package (purchase) of the circumstance.

At the time of making a purchase at Baloa Boutique, all shipments are free. However, if any exchange and/or return occurs, it is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are not refunded and/or credited.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bodysuits
Lingerie
Underwear
Swimsuits
Jewellery and accessories. Except in cases where the product has a manufacturing failure.
Jewellery
Cosmetic items (beauty products) and/or personal care items.
Gift cards
Baloa Mystery Bag
Items or Products in Clearance
Natural products
To complete the return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. The credit will be exactly for the value paid for the item at the time of purchase. Regardless at the time of the change it has another value. The credit will be issued once the product is received in our warehouse and we verify that it is unused, in good condition, preserving its original packaging and label.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit refund to be used at Baloa Boutique.

Items on sale or clearance

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately products on sale (clearance/discounts/clearance) cannot be returned.

Interchange

We only replace items that are defective or factory damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at baloaboutique@gmail.com. Always remember to contact our customer service center first on our website. This will indicate the process to follow and the address of our warehouse.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when at the time of purchase and I notify the corresponding address. However, the item was sent directly to the buyer and not to the gift person. You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. This process is because the mistake was on the part of the Baloa Boutique staff. Once we received the item. A gift certificate will be sent to you by post and/or email.

Dispatch

To make any type of complaint you must first contact our email and/or customer service located on our website. This way you will receive the appropriate instructions to complete the process and indicate the warehouse address to ship.
