SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME
Orders have an approximate delivery time of five (5) to twenty (20) business days. The shipping time starts to elapse once payment for the order has been made to our account. Delivery periods do not include weekends, or holidays, (Business days only). We recommend that you verify that all the information provided by you is correct, ensuring that there are no errors in your delivery address, as it is not possible to make any changes of any kind to the destination guide once the package has been removed from our facilities.
During a regular working week from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm (Puerto Rico time) it takes 1-2 business days to process and verify orders. Please allow additional processing time if you place your order after business hours, holidays or weekends. Barring complications, most orders are shipped as soon as possible. Complications may include, but are not limited to, a mailing address that cannot be verified or an unauthorized credit card, season of high demand in the USPS postal service, state or federal regulations regarding COVID. If there are any problems processing your order, you will be contacted immediately. You will be receiving communication regarding your order from the moment of purchase. In addition, you will receive your tracking number so that you can keep track of it.
SECTION 2 - STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 7-15 business days for your package to arrive in the Continental United States. We gladly accept P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Rest assured that every item in your order will be handled and packaged professionally, with the utmost care. Processing and shipping includes postage charges, distribution costs, order processing costs, payment processing, and product insurance where guaranteed.
If the order includes products from different categories, we may ship separately, depending on where in our network of distribution centers they are located. However, no additional costs will be issued in case of receiving separate shipments.
